Ordering & Payments
We try to make the shopping process easy and convenient for everyone. Ordering in our site is made simpler with minimal clicks. Add the items to your cart, select checkout and then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and any comments. We also allow pre-orders on the products that are out of stocks or upcoming new arrivals. Do check with us if you wish to do a pre-order.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email immediately with your order number and details of your purchase. By confirming your order, you enter a binding agreement with us and we will proceed the shipping phase of your order. We strive to ship orders as they are received. However, if you’d like to make any changes to an order you’ve submitted prior to its shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you.
To allow greater flexibility, we offer payments by credit cards, debit cards, interbank transfer, etc.
Delivery & Fulfillment
As consumers increasingly turn to e-commerce for all their shopping needs, speedy fulfilment isn't just a “nice to have” — it’s expected of every online shopping experience. DR WISH sees delivery and fulfilment as the integration of people, processes and technology to ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after your online buying experience.
We currently only ship to Singapore, excluding the outlying islands and specified secured areas within the main island. Please contact us if your purchase is outside of Singapore, so we can accommodate you with an international shipping price quote.
How long before I get my package? We offer next-day delivery in Singapore. It is important to us that our customers get their skincare products when they need it. Swift delivery is part and parcel of our shopping experience.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Customers are advised to put all their items into one shopping cart (one order), as shipping fees are applied to each order.
To be eligible for free shipping, orders must contain at least S$150 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied (including taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than S$150 in eligible products will incur a delivery fee of S$7.50 or a handling fee of S$3.75 for self-pickup. Free shipping may not be offered in conjunction with some coupons/promotions and deals.
Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We strive to be the best in terms of quality, affordability, and customer service. Our goal is to create life-long customers who look forward to their next shipment of DR WISH skincare products.
As such, if you feel that the items you have received are not up to that standard, we will gladly accept returns. However, due to the nature of skincare products, any opened or used items cannot be returned. Those sales are final. Return shipping, handling fees and any taxes charged at the time of the order are non-refundable.
We accept returns on items that are unopened, have arrived damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. If your package has been damaged during the shipping process, we will replace it for the same item you ordered. Please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number, shipping, and billing address information. Products purchased from anywhere other than www.drwish.com cannot be processed for returns.
Do not mail packages without sending us an email first. We will then provide further instructions on returning packages for a refund. Once you have mailed your package back to us, allow for up to 15 business day to receive a refund. Once we have received your returned item(s), you will be notified via the email address you had originally used to place the order.

What should I do if I want to make a redemption?
1. Contact the preferred aesthetic clinic partners to arrange for redemption of W!SH Tokens
2. Our participating partner clinics will arrange their respective doctors to provide FREE CONSULTATION on the appropriate aesthetic treatments available and suitable for you based on the doctor’s recommendations.
3. Dollars used will then be converted to W!SH Tokens to make the redemption.
4. W!SH Tokens will then be deducted from Your Account based on the respective aesthetic treatments recommended and selected.
5. Remaining W!SH Tokens and unused W!SH Tokens earned will remain in your account for 2 years.
6. W!SH Tokens are not transferable.
7. Dr. W ! S H reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and cancel any rewards initiative without notice.
